About: Malhar Khole is a Material Testing Associate at MaTestLab Inc. and holds a postgraduate degree in Material Science and Technology from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. His academic background and professional experience are centered on advanced materials characterization and testing. He has hands-on expertise in a wide range of material characterization techniques, including optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). He is also experienced in frequency-dependent electromagnetic characterization using a vector network analyzer (VNA). His work focuses on understanding structure–property relationships through detailed microstructural, compositional, and electromagnetic analysis. 

Malhar has experience in the development of energy-absorbing composite materials, along with their mechanical and dielectric testing. His interests lie in designing and evaluating materials for improved performance in structural, functional, and electromagnetic applications. He is committed to advancing the field of materials science through experimental research, analytical problem-solving, and the development of innovative material solutions.
