He has hands-on expertise in a broad range of chemical and analytical techniques, including heterochemistry, retrosynthesis, thin-layer chromatography (TLC), chemical synthesis, spectroscopy, stereochemistry, and green chemistry. In addition, he is experienced in industrial testing methodologies such as Salt Spray Testing (SST) and adhesion testing, supporting the evaluation of coating performance and durability.
Rohit’s work focuses on ensuring material reliability and performance through systematic testing, process control, and analytical evaluation. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Laboratory Specialist in the automotive sector at Mahindra & Mahindra, where he was involved in coating quality control (QC), adhesion testing, and dry film thickness (DFT) measurements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
He also has experience managing Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) processes, contributing to environmentally responsible operations. Additionally, he is proficient in production workflows and SAP-based process handling, enabling efficient coordination between laboratory testing and manufacturing operations.
