Pawan Kumar Mali is a Material Testing Associate at MaTest Lab Inc. and holds an Integrated Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. His academic background and research experience are centered on Physical Metallurgy, Materials Research, and Data Analytics, strengthened through academic research and industry experience.

His research focused on the oxidation behavior of high-carbon carbide-free nanostructured bainitic steels, with expertise in Optical Microscopy, SEM-EDS, XRD, and TEM, and a strong understanding of microstructural evolution and structure-property relationships.

He also has experience in Data Analytics and Product Analytics with skills in SQL, Python, Statistics, A/B Testing, Excel, Power BI, and Google Looker Studio. He is familiar with Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics for user behavior analysis, product performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

He is Passionate about leveraging research, analytics, and structured problem-solving; he enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights and solving technical and business challenges.
